Jon has been exploring the Peak District since he was a small boy and knows it intimately.

He is the only British man to have the combined skills of practising medical doctor and International Mountain Guide- the highest regarded mountain leader qualification. As such he is qualified to take anybody walking, climbing or skiing anywhere in the world while being in the safest possible hands.

Close to home he regularly explores local crags and hills for pleasure and competes to a high level in National & International fell races.

It gives him great pleasure to share his love of the outdoors with others, whatever their activity might be.
